Support Packages


-day pack  
The 90-day pack entitles the customer to our technical support for a maximum of 2 incidents within 90 days of the purchase of the support pack. 90-day pack support is a cost effective option for organizations that are developing and deploying database/replication solutions, requiring extensive support from Daffodil Software.
     
-day pack  
180-day pack entitles the customer to our technical support for a maximum of 5 incidents within 180 days of the purchase of the support pack.
 
-day pack  
365-day pack entitles the customer to our technical support for a maximum of 15 incidents within 365 days of the purchase of the support pack. This package is aimed at the enterprises developing critical applications using Daffodil Software's products.
     
-Gold Dollar Support pack

Gold$ support is our premium support option which entitles customer to our technical support for 50 incidents within 1 year of the purchase of the Gold$Support pack. In addition, we also provide services of account manager.

This premium support option is viable for enterprises involved in projects which require higher level of customized support from Daffodil Software to ensure that their mission critical solutions are delivered on time. All the other methods, namely Email, Phone, Messenger, and Forum are available with Gold$Support.

Our support team comprises of experienced developers and senior technical engineers. Thus, your technical staff can concentrate on their core issues and can save on valuable time and effort by getting the expert's advice through our Gold$Support. With immediate access to our support team, we not only solve urgent technical problems, but also provide review and insight on performance tuning, schemas, user API Code and UDF.

    Support Forum: You can discuss your product related queries with other developers by participating in online support forums, hosted at our website. Apart from the developer's community world wide, Daffodil's support team is also active on forums and frequently answer product related technical queries.
     
    Web Access: To simplify and expedite the process of reporting a problem and solving it, we provide our evaluators round-the-clock online support through our website. You can post a query/problem by filling the details in our Report a Bug section .
